It’s go live week! I’m thrilled to announce that our team has been working tirelessly to bring our latest project to life. The Field HR Team is restructuring with the addition of our new Talent Manager team. My team along with Sarah Perez and team were able to pilot the new structure for the past 6 months. We’ve seen some incredible results impacting experience and turnover! We can’t wait to share it with the rest of the field team to better support operations. I’m most proud of Nem Okaah and Stephanie Penpek, M.S. for their willingness to work countless hours to pilot the new role, own the change management, and develop the training and onboarding plan for their new peers. My team’s well deserved shout outs-Hannah Claiborne nominated for Peer Leadership award, Innovation award, and successfully accomplished her first Core Committee debut!
